‘People’ is one of the six pillars: what is meant by that?

Our students, staff, board, families and community are the core of who we are and what we do. As well as making sure that we all understand the Montessori philosophy and approach, our aim is to have the best staff and teachers, involve parents in the development of our school, and to continually review board operations and practices.
